Thank you so much for your kind comments! We are happy that you enjoyed the show and look forward to returning to your school in the future.
Mick and I have both been acting since we were about 10 years old. After graduating from High School, we went to study theatre in college at New York University in New York City. Mick also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England.
When we graduated, Mick started a theatre company called The 7th Sign and has performed in many plays from Shakespeare to Albee. You can visit his website at www.7thsign.info. I went on to perform in many plays as well which brought me across America, and to Europe.
I think it is hard to pick a FAVORITE role or play since each experience is always unique and exciting for different reasons. If I had to choose, I would say my favorite show was A CHRISTMAS CAROL by Charles Dickens, which toured Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, and The Netherlands. But my favorite role would have to be Juliet in ROMEO AND JULIET.
As for Mick, his favorite play was William Shakespeare's CYMBELINE where he got to play Iachimo...the villlian.
Last but not least, you mentioned that you "wished you could have been up there with us". Why not write your own play and perform it for your teachers or classmates? Maybe pick a subject you love, and tell a story about it?! That's what we do, and I bet you could, too. That way, next time we visit, we can watch YOU!!!
We look forward to hearing from you again and performing for you in the future. Thanks for your questions and comments!
Want to talk to the actors? See some pictures of where they've been, or send us your picture to post? Want to tell us what you thought of a performance? You came to the right place! We LOVE to hear from you!
