The Gregs perform for a week in Hobbs, NM

Traveling Lantern Comments, Hobbs Municipal Schools, Hobbs, NM
December 8th – December 12th 2008

“Our school thoroughly enjoyed the performance. We particularly like the audience interaction. We also loved the fact that “A Christmas Carol” is one of our Core Knowledge books and it was familiar with many of our students. Both of the gentlemen actors were very personable, eager to share their knowledge, as well as exceptional in their characterization and acting. Thanks for bringing such a quality performance to our school.”

Principal Deanna Batista
College Lane Elementary

“Thank you for scheduling the Traveling Lantern and for including Stone. The performance was excellent, one that the students thoroughly enjoyed. The two gentlemen "Gregs" did an exceptional job when communicating with the students after the program.”

Principal Dawni Nelson
Stone Elementary School

“We always love these programs at Mills. Greg (the one that looks like Tim the Toolman Taylor) has come every year. They always do a wonderful job and are really good about showing the kids the sets and how they set up everything. They are also good to answer questions. I think we need to keep this program.”

Principal Gail Bryant
Mills Elementary School

“Anytime!”

Principal Michael Hunt
Edison Elementary School

“My students enjoyed the presentation thoroughly. The young men continue to do a great job. They keep the audience involved and positive. Sanger really likes the Traveling Lantern and looks forward to their appearance each year.”

Principal Nancy Havink
Sanger Elementary School

“The kids really enjoyed the show and our second grade teachers were thrilled because they were doing the “Christmas Carol” in Core Knowledge.”

Principal Sandi Segars
Taylor Elementary School

“My students and staff truly enjoyed the performance. The interaction with the students helps keep them interested and cuts down on students not being attentive. Tell them they are on the right track and to keep on providing this type of entertainment so that our students can learn about the classics in literature.
Thank you so much.”
